1. Click Create New Account to fill out and submit the New Account Set Up Form

2. An EZrentPay representative will process the registration form and a new merchant identification account will be created within 48 hours

3. EZrentPay will provide you with your new account information along with easy to follow instructions on how to set up your username and password so you can get started

4. Upon your new account being created, the EZrentPay system can notify each  of your tenants about this service being available to them along with simple instructions on how they can sign up and start making their rent payments online
